Data Analysis Intern

Responsibilities

• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives through statistical analysis, trend identification, and Pareto studies
• Automate reports and data flows by building dashboards or macros to reduce manual workload
• Identify production losses and variability by analyzing KPIs and historical databases
• Develop clear data visualizations and presentations for non-technical teams
• Ensure data quality through cleaning, standardization, and documentation of processes

Requirements

• Current student of Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or Analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
