Data Ambassador/Project Manager Lab

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Sponsors regarding ICON services and day-to-day study management
• Represent ICON at Sponsor meetings and provide regular management reports on study progress
• Manage 10-15 studies concurrently in strict accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Coordinate project and programme management delivery, resolving issues as they arise
• Provide ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare
• Proven project management experience within a laboratory or clinical research setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional sponsor representation
• Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously while meeting regulatory standards
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing documentation and timelines
