Data & AI Security Product Owner (Delivery Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of security capabilities across cloud, data, and AI platforms.
• Serve as the primary owner of execution for all Cloud and AI Cyber products, capabilities, and enhancements.
• Own the product backlog, including intake, refinement, prioritization, and sequencing of delivery outcomes.
• Co-develop a 3-year cyber product capability maturity roadmap in partnership with the architecture function.
• Manage and develop a team of 3–5 engineers and subject matter experts.
• Maintain shared responsibility for operational run-state quality, ensuring capabilities are reliable and integrated into workflows.
• Develop and maintain Key Control Indicators (KCIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to track posture and control effectiveness.
• Partner with Cyber Defense teams (SOC, IR, Threat Intelligence) to ensure capabilities support detection and response needs.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity product management, cloud/data security, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex, multi-platform security capabilities in large-scale enterprises.
• Strong technical literacy in cloud and data security concepts, including posture management, governance, and data protection.
• Demonstrated experience managing global engineering teams and influencing across organizational boundaries.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills, with the ability to communicate risk to Director and VP-level leadership.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence Risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with architecture teams on multi-year strategic development.
• Experience supporting SOC, Incident Response, or Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) operations.
• Background in tool rationalization, integration strategy, and enterprise-scale security modernization.
• Relevant professional cybersecurity certifications.
