Data & AI Security Product Owner (Delivery Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of security capabilities across cloud, data, and AI platforms
• Own the product backlog, including intake, refinement, prioritization, and sequencing of delivery outcomes
• Co-develop a three-year cyber product capability maturity roadmap in partnership with the architecture function
• Manage and develop a team of 3–5 engineers and subject matter experts
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, architecture, and operations teams
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier KPIs for the cloud, data, and AI product domains
• Develop and maintain Key Control Indicators (KCIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to report on risk posture
• Partner with Cyber Defense teams to ensure capabilities support detection and response needs

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity product management, cloud/data security, or enterprise technology leadership
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-platform security capabilities in large enterprise environments
• Strong technical literacy in cloud and data security, including posture management and data protection
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) risk management
• Demonstrated experience leading global engineering teams and influencing across organizational boundaries
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with architecture teams on multi-year strategic development
• Background in tool rationalization, integration strategy, and enterprise-scale security modernization
• Experience supporting SOC, Incident Response, or Digital Forensics operations
• Relevant professional cybersecurity certifications
