Data & AI Process Redesign Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation of data and AI processes by analyzing current-state operations and designing future-state workflows
• Redesign and optimize data-driven processes, governance models, and operating frameworks for large-scale clients
• Assess data and process maturity to define target-state capabilities and develop structured uplift roadmaps
• Design and implement robust data governance frameworks, including ownership models and accountability structures
• Facilitate governance forums and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment of master and reference data
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization to support scalable AI enablement

Requirements

• Strong experience in process redesign, business transformation, or consulting, ideally with a Data & AI focus
• Proven track record of delivering client-facing transformation engagements in data or operating model design
• Proficiency in end-to-end process mapping and future-state design using BPMN, Signavio, or equivalent tools
• Experience conducting maturity assessments and defining transformation roadmaps
• Ability to engage, influence, and advise senior business and technology stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Telco, Data & AI transformation, or large enterprise transformation programs
• Knowledge of data governance, data source management, and data ingestion processes
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and enterprise data frameworks
• Understanding of cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS) and AI enablement technologies
• Experience working within a Process Center of Excellence (CoE) or Data CoE environment
