Data & AI Process Redesign Specialist

Responsibilities

• Redesign and optimize data-driven processes, governance frameworks, and operating models for enterprise and public sector clients.
• Analyze current-state environments to identify inefficiencies and maturity gaps.
• Define target-state capabilities to enable trusted data, scalable AI adoption, and improved decision-making.
• Develop structured data maturity uplift roadmaps and embed governance processes.
• Lead end-to-end process redesign initiatives in alignment with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
• Guide senior stakeholders through governance forums and decision-making frameworks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in process redesign, business transformation, or consulting within Data & AI environments.
• Proven ability to deliver client-facing engagements involving data governance and operating model design.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end process mapping and future-state design using tools like BPMN or Signavio.
• Experience conducting maturity assessments and developing structured uplift roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience designing data governance frameworks, including ownership and stewardship models.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS), and AI enablement.
• Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments.
