Data & AI Platform Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support APAC technical product discovery to identify high-impact Data & AI platform opportunities.
• Translate business, regulatory, and user needs into clear requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the APAC technical product backlog, including writing and refining epics and stories.
• Gather requirements across functional, data, integration, access, and control needs.
• Translate data and AI governance, risk, and control expectations into platform capability requirements.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to balance regional needs with global platform strategy.
• Track adoption and usage outcomes to drive backlog improvements and product documentation updates.
• Communicate status, priorities, and trade-offs to leadership and governance forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program delivery, or platform operations.
• Working understanding of data and AI platform capabilities (e.g., data management, AI/ML enablement, governance, lineage).
• Technical fluency in data flows, APIs, platform concepts, and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements and technical constraints into structured requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across engineering, risk, and governance teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms, cloud analytics, or AI/ML enablement platforms.
• Experience supporting platform adoption across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with data quality, metadata, and AI/model governance expectations.
• MBA or advanced technical/product qualification.
