Data & AI Platform Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the APAC technical product agenda for the firm’s Data & AI platform capabilities.
• Translate APAC business, regulatory, and user needs into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and measurable adoption outcomes.
• Lead technical product discovery with business sponsors, end users, and client technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Define platform requirements across functional, data, integration, access/entitlements, controls, and user experience needs.
• Translate data governance, AI governance, risk, and control expectations into platform capability requirements.
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to balance APAC-specific needs with global platform strategy.
• Define and track measurable outcomes including adoption, usage, value realization, and control adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical/platform product management, data/AI platforms, or enterprise technology products.
• Strong understanding of data and AI platform capabilities, including data management, analytics enablement, and governance.
• Technical fluency in data flows, APIs, platform architecture, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience operating in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across engineering, risk, and business lines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data platforms, AI/ML platforms, or cloud analytics platforms.
• Background working within a Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) or a similar enterprise transformation program.
• Track record of driving platform adoption across multiple countries or regulated jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with data lineage, metadata, and AI/model governance expectations.
• MBA or advanced technical/product qualification.
