Data & AI Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of the AI acculturation plan within the division
• Support the preparation and animation of prompting workshops
• Produce awareness materials, best practices, and risk management guides related to AI usage
• Assist teams in gaining autonomy with AI tools within a controlled framework
• Help identify and scope high-value business use cases
• Support compliance monitoring for applications regarding Data Privacy and GDPR
• Contribute to the review and update of applications within the compliance tool
• Prepare and facilitate follow-up meetings and reporting with the Air France DPO

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Data, AI, Innovation, Compliance, or IT Project Management
• Strong interest in Generative AI and agentic AI
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
• Intermediate level of English (B2) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or sensitivity to Generative AI topics
• Interest in the aeronautical industry and pilot-related business processes
• Experience in change management or user acculturation
