Data Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition, integration, and quality management of non-CRF clinical trial data, including central labs, imaging, wearables, and precision medicine
• Define and maintain vendor data transfer specifications and oversee data transfer agreements
• Ensure timely and accurate ingestion of external datasets and resolve formatting, mapping, and data quality issues
• Partner with Data Management and global study teams to ensure external data aligns with CRF structures and is accessible within EDC platforms
• Lead troubleshooting for vendor integration issues, such as delayed deliveries or missing data, and escalate systemic risks
• Monitor incoming data quality throughout the study lifecycle to ensure readiness for analysis and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8-15 years of clinical execution experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in life sciences or a medically related field
• 3 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience within a biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO company
• Experience managing and overseeing external vendors such as CROs, central labs, and imaging vendors
• Experience working across global clinical trial teams in multiple geographies
