DashMart Variable Schedule Team Member

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately via the mobile app
• Manage inventory, including stocking receivables and monitoring shelf life/spoilage
• Maintain warehouse organization by cleaning and organizing storage areas
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing product substitutions appropriately
• Hand off completed orders to Dashers for timely delivery

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments
• Willingness to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations
• Reliability and ability to commit to at least one shift every four weeks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environments
• Strong attention to detail regarding food quality and safety standards
