Dashboard Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that present KPIs, benchmarks, and operational metrics in an intuitive format.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define metrics, and ensure dashboards align with organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain semantic models, measures, and calculations within Power BI or comparable tools.
• Implement layout, navigation, and design standards to enhance usability for executive and operational reviews.
• Support data preparation activities and perform testing to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Provide user support and training for dashboard consumers regarding usage and self-service capabilities.
• Sustain and enhance existing reporting tools by incorporating feedback and new requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing dashboards and BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience designing KPI dashboards and executive-level visualizations.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
• Experience working with data models, measures, and complex calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL or other tools used for data preparation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as program management, engineering, or finance.
