About the role
Responsibilities
- Install DAS equipment including indoor/outdoor antennas, coaxial cable, and couplers
- Interpret blueprints, design drawings, and project specifications
- Troubleshoot RF and fiber line issues
- Terminate coaxial cable
- Perform line sweeps and PIM testing
- Maintain project timelines and report job status daily
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality guidelines
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, power meters)
- Familiarity with wireless standards like LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi
- Ability to obtain scissor lift certification
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and piping diagrams
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel 80-100% of the time
- Physical ability to lift 20-50lbs and work in various weather conditions and heights
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certifications in RF engineering, telecommunications, or electronics
- Experience installing and troubleshooting Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
