DAS & Small Cell Technician

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, design drawings, and project specifications
• Install DAS equipment, including indoor/outdoor antennas, coaxial cable, and couplers
• Terminate coaxial cable and handle cable pulling safely
• Provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the installation process
• Accurately report job status daily and document work with photos
• Maintain safety standards by wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documents
• Experience pulling and handling cable safely
• Physical ability to walk job sites while carrying ladders, tools, and materials
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments under variable conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background, drug testing, and MVR
• Ability to meet physical requirements for fall protection gear (ANSI Z359)
• Scissor lift certification (or ability to obtain one)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of line sweeps and PIM testing
• Experience with Anritsu equipment
