DAS & Small Cell - Crew Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate DAS installation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee daily activities of the installation crew, providing guidance, support, and training
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Conduct site assessments, identify potential issues, and implement solutions for successful project completion
• Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients to provide updates
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and changes to the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Prioritize safety above all else, utilizing correct PPE and following safe rigging principles

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DAS Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within telecommunications
• In-depth knowledge of DAS systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting procedures
• Proficiency in Sweep, PIM, and OTDR testing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening (background, drug testing, and MVR)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on various job sites
