DAS Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead DAS deployment programs from planning through completion, ensuring quality and profitability.
• Establish deployment strategies, including timelines, milestones, and SLAs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for wireless stakeholders and manage program P&L and forecasts.
• Manage construction activities, subcontractors, and field QA to ensure installation standards.
• Oversee testing protocols including sweeps, PIM, OTDR, and commissioning.
• Coordinate internally across engineering, construction, finance, legal, and safety departments.
• Manage documentation, including BOMs, as-builts, closeout packages, and performance dashboards.
• Implement QA/QC standards and conduct root-cause analyses for delays or quality issues.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in DAS or wireless network project management.
• Expertise in DAS OEMs such as JMA, Corning, CommScope, or SOLiD.
• Experience with enterprise, stadium, or airport DAS deployments.
• Proficiency in Excel and various project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally (10–30%).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and willingness to work extended or irregular hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
