Responsibilities

• Lead fun, inclusive dance fitness classes at Austin locations
• Teach choreography aligned with DivaDance brand standards
• Arrive performance-ready with high energy
• Build authentic relationships with clients and team members
• Participate in team trainings, meetings, and community events
• Maintain class notes and client engagement in the management system
• Assist with basic studio setup, breakdown, and cleanliness

Requirements

• Experience teaching and choreographing for adults
• Submission of a video showing original choreography
• Passion for dance, fitness, and inclusive environments
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with technology like Slack, Mindbody, and Spotify
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation to central and south Austin

Preferred Qualifications

• Former experience in dance team, drill team, or cheerleading
