About the Company

Dance To EvOLvE is a mobile dance company serving the San Diego area, including recreation centers, schools, and various venues. Our mission is to foster growth and evolution in both our students and our teachers through high-quality dance instruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead dance classes in Creative Movement, Tap, Ballet, and Hip Hop
• Manage classes for children and young teens aged 14 months to 12 years old
• Implement creative curriculum while maintaining excellent class management
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and organized classroom environment

Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
• Strong class management skills
• Passion for working with children and young teens
• Professional, reliable, and communicative demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dance teaching experience
• Ability to bring high energy and an "X factor" to the classroom
