Dance Instructor/Choreographer

Responsibilities

• Teach 1–2 scheduled weekly classes using DivaDance curriculum and format
• Create and teach original choreography aligned with brand style
• Deliver energetic, inclusive, confidence-building experiences for clients
• Arrive prepared and on time for every class
• Build genuine relationships with clients and foster a welcoming community
• Communicate promptly with management regarding scheduling and substitutions
• Participate in onboarding, training, coaching, and team meetings

Requirements

• Experience teaching dance and creating original choreography for adults
• Energetic, engaging personality with confidence leading groups
• Dependable, professional, and highly responsive communication skills
• Passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
• Reliable transportation to class locations
• Authorization to work in the United States and eligibility for W-2 employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Dance team, drill team, cheerleading, or professional performance experience
• Group fitness or dance fitness instruction background
• Experience building community through teaching, coaching, or events
