Dance Instructor/Choreographer

Responsibilities

• Teach original choreography to clients using the DivaDance format
• Lead clients through welcome, warmup, and cooldown sequences
• Choreograph routines for performance opportunities
• Guide performers through 5-7 rehearsals for scheduled performances
• Arrive 20 minutes early to prepare for client arrival

Requirements

• Experience teaching and choreographing for adults
• Ability to provide a video of original choreography
• Reliable transportation to studio locations in Pineville, NC
• High responsiveness via phone and text
• Commitment to teaching at least 1-2 classes per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Former dance team, drill team, or cheerleader experience
• Availability for evening or weekend shifts
