About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct dance classes for children
- Oversee class routines, attendance, and schedules
- Work with the Director to coordinate and implement dance classes
- Provide coaching and leadership to all participants
- Establish and implement ongoing communication with members
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Knowledge of various dance styles including ballet, tap, and hip hop
- Friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic attitude
- General knowledge of fitness and wellness
- Ability to pass reference check, pre-employment drug screen, sex-offender check, and criminal history check
