About the Company

Project Resources Group (PRG) is a leading provider of construction management, outside plant damage assessment & recovery, business outsourcing and consulting services within the cable, telephony, construction and utility industries.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site assessments of underground and aerial cable plant damages
• Conduct interviews at damage sites with contractors, technicians, witnesses, police, and homeowners
• Professionally photograph and document damaged scenes to determine liability
• Analyze and review evidence related to third-party utility damage
• Apply State Dig Laws, Statutes, excavator requirements, and NESC standards
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and management to obtain and write up job repair costs
• Compile case-related material and assist the Claims Recovery team with follow-up actions
• Develop monthly market reporting and lead client meetings

Requirements

• Valid and current driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle suitable for company representation
• Auto insurance meeting 100/300/100 minimum liability requirements
• Ability to travel via personal vehicle for work-related duties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to walk on uneven terrain and work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Familiarity with the cable or utility locating industry
• Previous experience in the telephone industry or job costing
• Background in business operations or claims processing
