About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive customers and vehicles for damage reports and inspections
- Perform damage inspections and cost calculations according to routines and insurance requirements
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding damage extent, timelines, and costs
- Collaborate with workshop technicians to ensure correct actions and delivery times
- Document damages, work orders, and spare parts needs in the workshop system
- Handle contacts with insurance companies and prepare necessary documentation for compensation
- Follow company work environment and safety routines
Requirements
- Experience or education in damage management, the car damage industry, or equivalent
- Good understanding of vehicle repairs and spare parts management
- B-driver's license is required
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Customer-focused, communicative, and service-oriented
- Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
