Damage Estimator/Customer Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Receive customers and vehicles for damage reports and inspections
• Perform damage inspections and cost calculations according to routines and insurance requirements
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding damage scope, timelines, and costs
• Collaborate with workshop technicians to ensure correct actions and delivery times
• Document damages, work orders, and spare part needs in the workshop system
• Handle contacts with insurance companies and prepare necessary documentation for compensation
• Follow company work environment and safety routines

Requirements

• Experience or education in damage management, the car damage industry, or equivalent
• Good understanding of vehicle repairs and spare parts management
• Customer-focused, communicative, and service-oriented
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• B-driver's license is a merit
• Experience with cost calculation and workshop systems is a merit
