• Document damages and completed work to maintain clear operational overviews
• Ensure team members correctly spot and report damages
• Find practical solutions to balance repairs with booking schedules to keep operations running smoothly

• Reliability and a structured approach to work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset
• Valid Class B driver’s license
