About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect damaged vehicles, documenting damage and assessing scope and repair needs
- Create clear inspection reports, work proposals, and cost calculations in the workshop system
- Collaborate with damage and body/paint technicians to plan workflows, order parts, and follow up on schedules
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and internal parties regarding damage status and repair proposals
- Perform quality controls on completed repair work to ensure vehicles are returned in the agreed condition
- Participate in improvement work regarding inspection routines, documentation, and work environment issues
Requirements
- Experience in damage inspection, vehicle repairs, or work within a car workshop/body and paint business is meritorious
- Good technical understanding of vehicle damage and repair methods
- Experience creating cost calculations and inspection documentation; familiarity with workshop systems is meritorious
- Good communication skills in Swedish; English is meritorious
- B-driver's license is required or strongly meritorious
- Meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious with good attention to detail
- Service-oriented and confident in customer meetings
