D365 Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O)
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to D365 F&O and integrated systems
• Manage user accounts, security roles, and access requests in accordance with internal controls
• Support daily operational activities including monitoring system processes, batch jobs, and integrations
• Perform basic system configuration changes, master data maintenance, and reporting
• Document incidents, resolutions, and support procedures to maintain audit records
• Follow IT policies, change management processes, and SOX compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O)
• Expertise in incident management, ticketing systems, and IT support processes
• Experience supporting or working with ERP systems (Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a SOX-controlled or regulated environment
• Experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry
