D365 Supply Chain Functional Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on D365 Supply Chain module implementations
• Lead the D365 Supply Chain Management Workstream
• Perform Solution Advisory and conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops
• Create Solution Blueprint documents and perform Fit/Gap analysis
• Estimate enterprise-level projects, including resource and skillset requirements
• Act as solution advisor during design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Ensure formal processes for testing and issue resolution regarding functional architecture and integration points
• Finalize functional specifications, test scripts, and deployment plans
• Serve as an escalation point for support issues during and after projects
• Travel as required by client and business needs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 SCM implementations and enterprise system architecture
• Strong background in ERP concepts including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution
• Experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution architecture
• Proven record of delivering business value at an executive level
• Experience in project assessment, analysis, and business case development

Preferred Qualifications

• WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
