D365 Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support daily ERP operations and identify opportunities to improve system stability and performance in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Direct the functional strategy of D365 implementation to align with the technology roadmap and business objectives
• Design functional solutions and D365 integration patterns to ensure scalable and compliant system architecture
• Build relationships with business stakeholders to translate needs into functional requirements
• Analyze and optimize business processes using D365 capabilities
• Promote D365 standards and ensure high-quality implementations
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Hands-on experience customizing D365 for statutory and tax compliance within the Americas region, including Latin American markets
• Strong understanding of operations and finance business processes
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Proven ability to conduct fit/gap analysis and develop functional specifications
• Experience defining and executing testing strategies including unit, integration, and UAT
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
