About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end configuration across Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (Advanced WMS), Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Distribution, Product Information Management, and Master Planning (MRP)
- Configure warehouses, locations, zones, and mobile menus
- Optimize picking, putaway, replenishment, and cross-docking
- Manage inventory dimensions, reservation hierarchies, and journals
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Lead functional discussions, UAT support, and user training
- Support upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements
Requirements
- 6-7+ years of D365 F&O SCM experience
- Strong experience in D365 F&O SCM modules
- Deep understanding of procurement, inventory, warehousing, and planning
- Experience with minimal customization and standard D365 configurations
- Ability to work night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (MB-300 / MB-330 / MB-335)
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and data entities
- Multi-legal entity or global rollout exposure
