D365 F&O Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of D365 F&O to optimize business processes
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholder teams to gather requirements and recommend best practices
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Monitor Microsoft updates and the product roadmap to define adoption plans
• Define and maintain a long-term continuous improvement roadmap
• Design, oversee, and secure integrations between D365 F&O and other systems like ERP and CRM
• Ensure system maintenance, upgrades, and performance
• Act as a D365 F&O expert through mentoring, training, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Dynamics AX)
• Proficiency in main D365 F&O modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Production
• Proven experience in design, development, integration, and deployment of D365 F&O solutions
• Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or V-model
• Bilingual in French and English
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of X++ or Azure
• Microsoft D365 F&O certifications
