D365 F&O ERP Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive functional support to regional and country office teams
• Provide support for D365 and other enterprise systems including Icertis, Concur, and Sapience
• Monitor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support queues and escalate cases when appropriate
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and document actions in the support system
• Deliver training to regional and country teams through virtual and in-person sessions
• Maintain accurate training materials for procurement, finance, and HR processes
• Participate in system enhancement projects, testing cycles, and process improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or a related field
• At least four years of experience in ERP support, help desk, or project coordination
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with Icertis, Customer Engagement, Concur, or Sapience is an advantage
• Experience preparing and delivering training materials
• Familiarity with service management tools like ServiceNow, OTRS, or Fresh Desk
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
