About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.
- Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
- Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment using middleware tools.
- Provide highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 integration architecture on Azure.
- Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions.
- Drive technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute to building niche solutions/POCs.
- Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with product roadmaps.
- Manage cloud platform resources and ensure security model compliance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service).
- Hands-on expertise in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and SSRS.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services for integration (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
- Proven experience in integration architecture using REST, ODATA WebAPI, or SSIS.
- Experience with data migration, data mapping, and tools like Azure Data Factory.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (Sales, Service, or Customizations).
- Azure Integration Services Certification.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CCaaS platforms like Genesys, NICE, or Talkdesk.
- Exposure to the Healthcare Payor/Provider industry.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
