About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical architecture and design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.
  • Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment.
  • Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment using middleware tools.
  • Provide highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 integration architecture on Azure.
  • Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions.
  • Drive technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute to building niche solutions/POCs.
  • Advocate best practices to develop scalable solutions in alignment with product roadmaps.
  • Manage cloud platform resources and ensure security model compliance.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Service).
  • Hands-on expertise in C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and SSRS.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure services for integration (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Proven experience in integration architecture using REST, ODATA WebAPI, or SSIS.
  • Experience with data migration, data mapping, and tools like Azure Data Factory.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (Sales, Service, or Customizations).
  • Azure Integration Services Certification.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CCaaS platforms like Genesys, NICE, or Talkdesk.
  • Exposure to the Healthcare Payor/Provider industry.
  • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
