D365 Business Applications Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide help-desk support and resolve application functionality or data integrity issues
• Develop and deliver applications training and maintain documentation for ERP and Dynamics 365
• Analyze and document complex business processes using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Visio
• Develop test plans for new applications and version upgrades
• Define requirements for custom applications to meet business needs
• Advocate for the utilization of D365 applications across business units

Requirements

• 4 year degree in computer science, accounting, business, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Supply Chain, Finance & Operations, or Retail modules)
• Understanding of the standard software development life cycle and system implementation processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex processes to users

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or AX ERP modules (AP, AR, GL, Sales, Inventory, etc.)
• Knowledge of PowerBI, SSMS, and PowerApps
• Background in Retail, Wholesale, Logistics, or Finance
