About the role

About the Company

Legend of Toys (LOT) is a full-stack D2C toys brand. We design and manufacture RC cars and drones where each product has a personality, a name and a backstory. We are building a brand from India that competes on identity, not price.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance marketing on Meta and Google end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Set and hit ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets
  • Brief the creative team on ad content with a conversion lens
  • Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the website, including homepage, PDPs, and checkout
  • Drive merchandising strategy and manage the Shopify backend
  • Own the full D2C metrics stack including sessions, conversion rate, AOV, and LTV
  • Build and maintain live growth dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Lead and develop a team of growth associates

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a D2C growth or performance marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong Shopify skills with experience building or optimizing stores
  • Solid understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing, and funnel analysis
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel, and Shopify Analytics
  • High-ownership mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
