D&T Solution Owner - Legal & CR Value Stream

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategic vision and product roadmap for software solutions within the Legal & CR Value Stream
• Drive Agile project delivery by facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other key ceremonies
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development/operations teams to ensure alignment and prioritization
• Manage and prioritize user stories and product backlog items based on business value and technical feasibility
• Operate within a DevSecOps model to ensure applications are secure, compliant, and stable
• Oversee application run and control, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLAs and root cause analysis is performed
• Manage and coach a team including Platform Architects and DevOps SMEs, overseeing performance and resource planning
• Support the Head of Value Stream in managing and optimizing costs across people and portfolios

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile project delivery and managing product backlogs
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage global business functions
• Experience in product roadmap definition and strategic solution planning
• Proficiency in operating within a DevSecOps model
• Demonstrated experience in people management and coaching technical teams
• Ability to manage complex, global applications and ensure compliance with audit controls
