Cylinder Processor

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established plant guidelines and procedures
• Conduct cylinder inspections using visual, physical, and odor tests to determine the need for repairs or retesting
• Fill necessary products and manage cylinder quantities and styles
• Load and unload products from weekly shuttle trucks
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated plant equipment
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and complete necessary shipment paperwork
• Maintain accurate inventory by entering quantities, styles, and products into the computer system
• Complete quality control documentation in compliance with company and governmental procedures
• Operate forklifts and other plant vehicles as required

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical background
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
