Cylinder Processor

Responsibilities

• Process medical and industrial gas cylinders following established plant guidelines and procedures
• Conduct cylinder inspections using visual, physical, and odor tests to determine the need for repairs or retesting
• Fill necessary products and manage cylinder quantities, styles, and inventory
• Load and unload products from weekly shuttle trucks
• Operate and maintain cylinder scales and associated plant equipment
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and complete required paperwork for shipments
• Enter quantities, styles, and products into the computer system to maintain accurate stock inventory
• Complete and maintain quality control documentation in compliance with company and governmental procedures
• Operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles as required

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical background
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
