Cylinder Handler

Responsibilities

• Load and unload gas cylinders and related products from route trucks and trailers
• Move cylinders by rolling or by operating a forklift
• Sort empty cylinders by type and verify quantities, styles, and product specifications
• Review customer orders and pull required items from inventory for delivery
• Perform basic cylinder maintenance, including painting and labeling
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with shipment paperwork
• Complete routine and non-routine daily and weekly assignments as directed

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work the 3rd shift

• Strong mechanical background
