Cylinder Control Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform physical cylinder audits for customers by visiting sites and counting cylinders
• Conduct paper audits of cylinder history using CU, CU Image Viewer, TruTrak, and JDE
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, General Sales Managers, and AR Managers to resolve discrepancies
• Enter audit findings into CU and TruTrak to reconcile balances
• Prepare credit requests and loss of use documentation for accounts receivable
• Negotiate loss of use charges and open rental invoices with customers
• Review in-house accounts monthly to ensure no cylinder balances are posted to house accounts
• Barcode cylinders as needed during audits

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong computer skills
