Cyclee Technical Referent

Responsibilities

• Develop annual activity plans focusing on tooling delivery, service, and training preparation
• Build strong relationships with sales representatives and distributors to support wholesalers and garages
• Create professional training materials in cooperation with Trade Marketing for distributors and sales organizations
• Conduct professional training sessions for sales reps, distributors, wholesalers, and garages
• Plan and execute service visits to maintain and repair equipment in accordance with service contracts
• Manage service contract administration, including invoicing and spare parts management
• Provide quick and cost-efficient technical solutions for product and equipment issues
• Develop a network of technical experts and training leads across different divisions
• Adapt training content to local languages and manage communication with the technical hotline
• Write technical newsletters for the garage and distributor network

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, aftermarket services, or technical training
• Ability to manage service contracts and administrative tasks like invoicing
• Strong communication skills for conducting training and building distributor relationships
• Problem-solving skills to address technical issues with products and equipment
• Ability to develop professional educational materials and technical documentation
