Cycle Counter

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts of inventory to maintain accurate stock records
• Report discrepancies between physical inventory and inventory management systems to supervisors
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper organization and storage of products
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices
• Support inventory audits and participate in Tuft Bin counts when required
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Operate lift trucks, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to inspect inventory
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
• Experience with inventory management software is preferred
