Cycle Counter

Responsibilities

• Count and verify on-hand inventory quantities including raw steel and unfinished/finished products
• Cycle count parts in Eisenhower Drive distribution and WIP warehouses
• Audit warehouse operations for part number, description, location, and stock rotation accuracy
• Participate in cross-functional teams to solve inventory accuracy issues
• Assist in resolving inventory inaccuracies to support production and customer needs

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• Experience using measuring equipment like calipers and micrometers
• Experience operating side loaders, man-up, swing reach, overhead hoists, and forklifts
• Experience and certification with weigh count equipment
• Knowledge of inventory and manufacturing systems, processes, and record keeping
• Basic math skills
• Data entry skills
• Planning and organizational skills
