Cycle Counter

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts based on ABC classification and last count variation
• Interface with SAP, pullers, and Excel to identify products for counting
• Research inventory discrepancies by verifying receipts, internal transfers, and packing lists
• Locate mislabeled or misplaced products across all warehouse storage locations
• Adjust on-hand stock following established adjustment procedures and escalation processes
• Assign warehouse locations to products and update racking and product labels
• Collaborate with Operations to determine root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Support Order Fulfillment and Sales teams by responding to email inquiries

Requirements

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems
• Previous experience with cycle counting and root cause analysis
• Understanding of units of measure, master case quantities, and pallet quantities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work standing or sitting at a computer for extended periods
• Strong communication and organizational skills
