Cycle Counter

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory counts to ensure all stock is accounted for and reported per company policy
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations
• Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify productivity trends
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Work cross-functionally to become a subject-matter expert in multiple departmental areas
• Abide by all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ year of related warehouse experience preferred
• Proficiency with databases and spreadsheets
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work overtime and some weekends as required
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
