Cycle Count Lead

Responsibilities

• Facilitate inventory accuracy and accountability through daily location counting and reconciliation
• Lead and direct the workforce to achieve maximum efficiency and problem-solving
• Train, motivate, and supervise personnel, including counseling and disciplining subordinates when necessary
• Enforce all safety rules, OSHA standards, GMP regulations, and Food Safety protocols
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment
• Interface closely with Production and Quality Control departments
• Travel between Erlanger facilities as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Advanced computer skills, including experience with databases, spreadsheets, and processing software
• Above average math skills
• Fork Truck certification or the ability to become certified
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
