Cybersecurity Trust & Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer trust by ensuring high data protection and privacy standards
• Communicate the organization's commitment to cybersecurity and data protection to customers
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors and service providers
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust cyber controls framework to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Regularly review and test the effectiveness of controls and build upon continuous monitoring programs
• Utilize automated tools and AI technologies to monitor and assess security control performance
• Partner with Legal, IT, and Engineering teams to implement technical controls
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding cyber risks and control effectiveness

Requirements

• 2-4 years of dedicated experience in cyber risk management, control assurance, or governance-related domains
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, or GDPR
• Ability to translate risk and control requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-tech companies, specifically within cloud-native environments
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
