Cybersecurity SIEM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate SIEM and EDR systems from market-leading manufacturers
• Support clients in building and optimizing detection strategies, use cases, and SOC processes
• Develop automated processes using SOAR platforms, AI-driven analysis, and "Detection as Code"
• Contribute to the development of the service portfolio by integrating trends like Zero Trust and Security by Design
• Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and technical expert support during sales processes

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in the implementation and operation of SIEM and EDR technologies
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Splunk, Microsoft, Elastic, Crowdstrike, or Wazuh
• Strong knowledge of defensive security, attack techniques, detection, and Security Operation Centers (SOC)
• Completed university degree with a technical background (e.g., Computer Science or Business Informatics)
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with offensive security techniques such as Pentesting or Red Teaming
• Knowledge of AI-based security analysis and automation
• Familiarity with IT/OT convergence and Zero Trust architectures
