Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of technical solutions and content for CISSA formative actions
• Autonomously investigate and resolve technical cybersecurity challenges
• Support the construction of laboratories, practical projects, and learning experiences
• Identify technological trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen educational programs
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of R&D&I initiatives
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to evolve courses, technological residencies, and bootcamps
• Share technical knowledge and support the dissemination of cybersecurity best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security, or related fields
• Knowledge in cybersecurity and interest in applied research and innovation
• Ability to investigate complex problems and propose technical solutions
• Ease of working in multidisciplinary teams
• Advanced English for reading, writing, and communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&I) projects
• Experience in building training programs, technological residencies, or technology training initiatives
• Knowledge in areas such as AI applied to security, cloud security, privacy, threat detection, cryptography, or application security
• Experience with cybersecurity ecosystem tools and technologies
• Participation in scientific publications or innovation projects in partnership with universities
• Knowledge of automation, DevOps, or modern software development practices
