Cybersecurity Project Manager/PMO

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead large-scale cybersecurity and data protection programs from scoping to operational phases
• Develop and maintain project plans, including WBS, milestones, resource planning, and budget tracking (EAC/ETC)
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Define and deploy project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks
• Produce operational and financial reporting, including weekly updates and executive dashboards (COPIL, CoDir)
• Define and monitor project KPIs and KRIs
• Facilitate governance meetings such as kick-offs, project committees, and steering committees
• Administer project management tools including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support change management and communication efforts

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity or information security projects
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or ITIL V4
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, DORA)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI for data-driven reporting and dashboarding
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Higher education degree with a specialization in information security or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
• Experience with Cloud Security, IAM, GRC, or DLP
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
